About the frame

30×45 cm (11.81 x 17.72 in) is a generous 2:3 format in which a photograph can be printed large without cropping while keeping its detail. This is where a frame starts to make its mark on the wall, and the vintage gold frame does so with a warm glow and a lightly crackled texture that adds a touch of old-world elegance. Place it above a chest of drawers or in a hallway, where the golden edge catches the light. Despite the size, the profile is only 15 mm wide and 15 mm deep, and the front grips 5 mm over the glass and backing board. The hanger on the back works in both portrait and landscape orientation.

Glass

- Acrylic glass (plexiglass) is the most durable and lightweight option and makes a 30×45 cm frame easier to hang. It is crystal clear, with reflections just like standard glass.
- Standard glass gives a sharp, clear image – ideal if you don't mind light reflections in the glass.
- If you want to reduce reflections and glare, we offer non-reflective glass, made from real glass, which ensures an even, clear view in all lighting conditions. It is slightly matte, though, so if your artwork has strong colours that should look their very best, choose one of the other glass types.
- For the best presentation and extra protection we recommend museum glass, which is anti-reflective, crystal clear and offers 70% UV protection, helping to preserve the colours of your artwork for many years.
