About the frame
60×80 cm (23.62 x 31.50 in) is a large wall size with a 3:4 ratio, suited to striking posters and art prints that are meant to be the centrepiece of the room. Above the sofa or dining table, the motif gets a golden edge whose warm glow and lightly crackled texture create a mood of old-fashioned elegance and flea market charm. The contrast between a large, modern motif and a narrow antique gold moulding can be surprisingly beautiful. The profile is 15 mm wide and 15 mm deep, the front covers 5 mm of the glass and backing board, and the hanger can be used in both portrait and landscape format.
Glass
- Acrylic glass (plexiglass) is especially recommended for a large format like 60×80 cm, as it weighs much less than glass and cannot shatter. It is crystal clear, with reflections just like standard glass.
- Standard glass gives a sharp, clear image, but makes the frame heavier in this format, so make sure you use a sturdy hanging fixture.
- If you want to reduce reflections and glare, we offer non-reflective glass, made from real glass, which ensures an even, clear view in all lighting conditions. It is slightly matte, though, so if your artwork has strong colours that should look their very best, choose one of the other glass types.
- For the best presentation and extra protection we recommend museum glass, which is anti-reflective, crystal clear and offers 70% UV protection, helping to preserve the colours of your artwork for many years.

Ordered a frame and it was shipped the next business day and I received it the day after. The frame is beautiful and was well packaged.
I love our beautiful frames from poster art and I had a fantastic experience with customer service. You can blindly trust them to deliver quality both aesthetically and ethically. Thank you very much ❤️ I will be buying all my frames from here.
Extremely good and proactive service, even though the error started with me, it was fixed quickly! And the frame is also super nice.
Bought 2 pieces of 100x140 frames and received very quick and knowledgeable guidance in choosing the type of wood based on pictures sent of where they should hang. They were delivered just a few days later and were very securely packaged. We are SO satisfied and this is not the last time we order from here 😄
Great service. Nice wooden frame with passepartout. Had also ordered a passepartout for another frame. However, I had misunderstood the instructions for measuring so it didn't fit. Posterkunst immediately offered to send a new one with the correct measurements. Very nice customer service.
