About the frame
Really beautiful picture frame for 40x40 cm posters. The frame can also be used for smaller posters if you add a passepartout.
The wooden frame is 20 mm wide and 30 mm deep, with a front that extends 5 mm in over the glass. Two fittings on the back make it possible to hang the frame vertically or horizontally on the wall.
The wood grain is much more predictable than our oak frames, but still appears very natural. A frame that does not hide behind the picture, but takes its place in the room and goes beautifully with most colors.
We also offer a 12 mm slim 40x40 frame in dark oak.
Glass
Most people choose acrylic or standard glass for their frames, but if you want to avoid the reflections in the glass, you should choose non-reflective glass or museum glass, both of which are made with real glass. The non-reflective glass is slightly matte, which is not the case for the clear museum glass, also called invisible glass. It also protects against UV rays (70%), and is definitely the glass you should choose if you want to take good care of your poster and at the same time display it in the most beautiful way.

Ordered a frame and it was shipped the next business day and I received it the day after. The frame is beautiful and was well packaged.
I love our beautiful frames from poster art and I had a fantastic experience with customer service. You can blindly trust them to deliver quality both aesthetically and ethically. Thank you very much ❤️ I will be buying all my frames from here.
Extremely good and proactive service, even though the error started with me, it was fixed quickly! And the frame is also super nice.
Bought 2 pieces of 100x140 frames and received very quick and knowledgeable guidance in choosing the type of wood based on pictures sent of where they should hang. They were delivered just a few days later and were very securely packaged. We are SO satisfied and this is not the last time we order from here 😄
Great service. Nice wooden frame with passepartout. Had also ordered a passepartout for another frame. However, I had misunderstood the instructions for measuring so it didn't fit. Posterkunst immediately offered to send a new one with the correct measurements. Very nice customer service.
