Rare Italian vintage poster from 1937 by Italian artist Virgilio Retrosi (1892-1975). The archives of the Teatro del Maggio Musicale are the only ones that we know of that own the same poster. as documentation of the founding of the Orchestra Stabile Fiorentina by Maestro Vittorio Gui, who in 1933 was also one of the creators of the Maggio Musicale, a decidedly innovative event in musical programming and of the strong connection between music and the visual arts that continues today after 90 years.
Stand
8/10 - Some creases, patina and edge cracks. Almost 9/10.
