Jens Bjerre (1921 - 2020) was a Danish adventurer, author and filmmaker. In 1947 he went to South Africa, where he became acquainted with the culture of the San bushmen. In 1948 after, he returned and filmed the film Kalahari, which provides an insight into the culture of the San bushmen. This lithographic poster promoted in 1958 the film Kalahari.
