The artist Albert Solon specialized in aviation posters while working for Farman Airlines and later Air France, KLM and Lufthansa. His design work for Farman used an inimitable Art Deco style.

The lithograph shows an F-170 Jabiru (Stork) eight-seater aircraft with the destinations Paris, Belgium, Holland, Germany and Scandinavia mentioned.

Farman Air Lines was founded in 1919 and merged in 1933 with Air France.

10/10 - Patina and a small tear at the bottom. Almost perfect condition. We have several times seen other copies sold slightly below our price, but we have also never seen a copy in as good condition as this one.

Frame is not included in the price, but we offer a large selection of beautiful custom size frames, which can be made to fit this yellow poster's 61x90 cm perfectly. You can also choose a mounted 70x100 cm frame with 60x89 cm cutout dimensions for a different and cheaper option.
